Finger & Finger has been helping me & my family for years. They are very responsible & I can depend on when I need. They always answer your question quickly. I had a transition done recently & I’m happy with result! I have referred them to a few of my friends. It’s a law firm I can trust.
I worked with Dorothy Finger of Finger and Finger on a complicated co-op transfer and she and her staff were extremely professional and responsive, always getting back to me in a timely manner even in this Covid-19 environment. The firm went beyond my expectations. Adanna John, the closing administrator, worked diligently to close the transaction within the necessary time frame and I would definitely recommend the firm.
ALL CLIENT REVIEWS ARE FIVE STARS. REVIEWS LESS THAN FIVE STARS ARE POSTED BY PEOPLE WE HAVE SUED (AND WON) OR WHO ARE OTHERWISE UNHAPPY BECAUSE WE SUCCESSFULLY REPRESENTED OUR CLIENTS. GOOGLE PERMITS ANYONE TO POST A REVIEW WITH NO VERIFICATION AND THUS EVEN IF FRAUDULENT THEY APPEAR AS IF VALID. UNFORTUNATELY OUR ZEALOUS REPRESENTATION OF OUR CLIENTS HAS MEANT UNHAPPY ADVERSARIES AS WE TYPICALLY PREVAIL. OUR CLIENTS APPRECIATE OUR REPRESENTATION AND RATE US FIVE STARS AS NOTED IN THE REVIEWS BY ACTUAL CLIENTS.
I am not someone who normally leaves reviews, but I had such a strong negative experience that I felt compelled to leave one in an attempt to save others from future headaches as a result of having to deal with this incompetent firm. I interacted with Finger and Finger on two separate occasions—once when attempting to buy and once when attempting to sell my Co-op. The buying process took 5 months from accepted offer and I was constantly left wondering what was going on and what was causing the delay. I later found out the delay was on Finger and Finger’s end. I should have seen this coming because when I attempted to sell my co-op 3 years later, I experienced something similar. During this process I reached out to Finger and Finger directly only to be told to go through my attorney. I was shocked at this response--not because of the content of their message, but because they actually responded at all--something they didn’t do much with my attorney. Finger and Finger’s delays and lack of response caused the buyer to back out of the transaction and forced me to have to start the process again and search for a new buyer. If you have the option, avoid these people at all costs. I unfortunately had no choice in dealing with them. They will claim that they "dont know me", and I wish that were true on my end too.. Run, run, run!
This “law firm” failed us. Stay far away.
