Do not hire this guy under any circumstances. The free consultation was great and he had all these grandiose promises of resolving a child custody battle. I paid him $1,500.00 up front and said that was all he would need to win this thing. He showed up to court, late, and had absolutely no clue about any details of what we were even there for. Couldn’t remember anything and asked me to give him the “run down” again just seconds before going into the court room. At the next court appearance, he had worked on NOTHING for me and I couldn’t get ahold of him at all prior. He made up some random visitation schedule, without discussing it with me, because he thought that maybe my ex would agree to it and we could end this because the judge was getting mad that it was taking so long. I felt compelled to agree to it because I had no clue what I was doing. Even the law guardian for my child was baffled. I was completely misrepresented and now I’m out $1,500.00 and stuck with this horrendous custody agreement.

Got a speeding ticket and he said he would help! Gave him my ticket and said everything would be taken care of. Almost a year late I get a letter in the mail saying my license is going to be suspended! I showed up to his office since the number he gave me didn’t work anymore and I felt with his assistant Kelly. She was very nice and said she would fix everything. Flash back to NOW, 8 months later. Guess who gets another letter in the mail saying that my license is going to be suspended. Tried calling and no answer. I’m about to just show up again. I happened to look online at the Better Business bureau and it says that he’s shut down? GOOD. He should never help another legal problem in his life.

Only hire this attorney if you want no response to emails and calls. He was hired in April of 2018, it is now January of 2019 and has had no movement in the case. He was hired to do a simple divorce. They have no kids and no property. He never returns calls or respond to emails. He has lied several times to this client saying the divorce would be complete. He overcharged and took the money but did not complete his job. The client has lost money and now has to find another attorney.

Scott is a very energetic lawyer to get the best results for his client. He has addressed every issue in my proceeding and he continues to work to get the best possible result for me as he does for all of his clients. From what I hear he is well respected by his peers in the legal world. I would reccoment Scott very highly due to the fact he is highly qualified and is eagerness to please. His clients come first . Not to many lawyers put their clients first , they are worried about the money first. This is wrong and Scott is the best man for the job.

Scott is a great lawyer. He is easy to work with and has an in-depth understanding of family law. In my long and complicated case he provided an amazing wealth of knowledge all along the way. He can be a little scattered at times, but overall his performance was outstanding. While rates are never the main reason to choose a lawyer, in long cases they can be a huge factor. Scott's rates compared very favorably to other attorneys I have retained. I would recommend him without hesitation to any friend in need of a family law attorney.
