I see that he changed his google maps location which also got rid all the bad reviews, I see by other reviews that he yells at other people too. People yell at others when they are threatened or insecure about their knowledge.
Called Samuel for consultation for a bad faith case for insurance company wrongfully denying me my claim and delaying my claim and coverages of benefits for over a year. After explaining the situation he began to yell at me on the phone as if he was prosecuting me and implied that I was being childish and a baby about my situation. He stated that I was misrepresenting the policy language and actually implied that I was committing fraud. I felt that he was prosecuting me and defending the insurance company. Felt as if I was talking to a claims manager at the company itself. Little did Samuel that I am an insurance adjuster for 10+ years and he was incompetent about what he was talking about per policy language. Samuel appears not to represent the insured, dealing with a bad insurance company is difficult and having someone who actually cares to represent you is extremely important if you are in need of representation. Based on my experience Samuel appears to not be playing ball for the insured (me).
Sam represented us against a large insurance company who denied our claim. We first presented our claim to the CO Insurance Board who ruled in favor of the insurance company. We called a T.V Law Firm who recommended Sam, who took our case, exposed how devious the insurance co. was and we ended up settling out of court for a ton of money. That should tell you all you need to know. Sam is the best! Like others have said, you don't need to look any farther.
If this is the type of Attorney you looking for don't bother looking further. I had the opportunity to use his services and can tell you he knows exactly what he's doing. In depth discovery talents led him into depositions that basically won our case before it went to trial. Apposing counsel tried there best to contaminate the case with motions and falsities only to succumb to a settlement. Once we were in the settlement phase Mr Livingston's tenacity and resolve was even more apparent. Having him on MY side made the outcome of my case the best possible. Most likely kept me from going bankrupt to having a brighter future. I fix cars for a living, this guy eats other attorneys. Go no further. This guy is the real deal
I spent a great deal of time composing the email setting forth the details of my bad faith case that I sent to this attorney. After many days of playing telephone tag with Mr. Livingston because he appears to have no help, he finally answered his phone when I called. At that time, he had no knowledge of the email that I had previously sent him describing my case at length.
When I spoke to him, and summarized my case again, he became irritated because it was unbelievable to him why the Safeco adjuster I had had denied my claim with no investigation! (As a retired attorney who did claimants' and defense work as well as bad faith litigation, I know that failure to investigate is a separate claim under Colorado law). In fact, by the end of the conversation he was actually yelling at me on the phone as if I was the adjuster!
In any event, do not call this attorney. He probably should retire ASAP!!
Samuel Livingston represented me against a major insurance company and a large 17th Street Law Firm regarding the insurance company's refusal to replace my roof which had sustained wind and hail damage. The insurance company claims people were dishonest and mean-spirited. Sam was relentless in getting me a settlement, enough to allow me to get a new roof and to retire. He is aggressive and very knowledge in his representation for his clients. I am very pleased with his representation and highly recommend him. He's a great attorney and a very good man. Thank you, Sam
