Mr. Rosenthal is the best. He did not take me as a client. So why is he the best? He knew from the notes his staff took that he did not have the time in his calendar for my case. Yet he took the time to call me back and explain my case to me, why it was not a proper fit for him, and give me several names and numbers of firms which might have room for me. With him as a one man shop, it was a timing thing. My case was not simple and he did not have room to properly litigate it at the time I called. I could not be happier with where he sent me. They not only took my case but did precisely the wonderful job Mr. Rosenthal said they would. Don't know if he was ever in the military, but for me he is an officer and a gentleman. He took the time to call me back personally, knowing he was not taking the case. That is above and beyond. All I got from the big name t.v. advertising firms was two minutes with the screeners due to the complexity of my case. All the big name advertisers seem to want is truck hit me, I survived, some corporation is going to pay out. Mr. Rosenthal has a heart and then some. He took the time and trouble to educate me, steer me to the appropriate resources for my case that had room in their schedules, and trained me of lawyer selection.
