Working with the Savela Law firm was a great experience even though going to court is never fun. We worked with Ryan Dawson, who is beyond phenomenal, professional and a go getter. Ryan went above and beyond to meet with us, follow up and follow through with exactly what he said.
We will be keeping Ryan with The Savela Law Firm on retainer. This is a law firm that can negotiate through small and big issues with a shield put around you. To give you piece of mind and set you at ease.
Thank You Ryan!! Thank You to The Savela Law Firm PC!!
Jason Savela and his partner Ryan Dawson-Erdman are beyond exceptional attorneys. They both took personal interest in my case and made sure they persued every avenue to make sure we got the result we wanted. They changed the course of my life's future for my entire family. Highly recommend.
Ryan was as he put it "asleep at the wheel." Through my hearing. My opinion is, You would rather have a stray faral alley cat representation. At least the cat wouldn't seemingly work for the other side! All this dude wanted in my opinion based on my experience was more and more $. Not to help his client....
EDIT ADDED BELOW:
I intend to add a great deal of details and specific reference but am preoccupied in still cleaning up what could have in my easily justified opinion, avoided entirely ... ill add later the essential laundry list of detailed grievances from my experience once I've found the ability of time.. misdirected anger is far from the root of my frustration... but actions and inaction by a busy attorney working "three other big cases" that Waisted my time, travel, financial costs but much worse his Filing ppwk with the court, AFTER i had FIRED him as my council without my even being made aware prior and hugely (according to him before doing it) against my interests. It worked exactly as he suggested himself as reason not to have done such being it allowed a developed response from the opposition that might have otherwise been avoidable. Again, as he himself cautioned against prior to acting to file it. (Reasons for valid case dismissal) but chose to, on his own, file it. This after an initial appearance, asking to extend the hearing because he claimed he was "worried he had COVID" and therefore was "unable to appear", delaying the time sensitive case almost an entire month.
Let me run that again. Appeared, to tell the judge he COULDN'T appear... and to ask to extend the the hearing almost a full month out, (COMPLETELY AGAINST MY REQUESTS and pleas to have substitute or replacement council from the firm rather than delay my ability to see my child for yet another month. *He then days later told me he had tested negative for the virus.
Never did i .. or til this day weeks later, have I, *seen or heard most any of the admitted evidence used nor do I believe given the opportunity to during the proceedings... to no objections from this attny.. But only finally during the proceeding saying aloud what I can paraphrase as best I can "I really should have objected to that last statement but was 'asleep at the wheel', but I have to object this time because..." the objection was overruled..
This is just the TIP .. THE TIP of the iceberg... as I say, I FIRED HIM BEFORE THE HEARING AND MANY MISSTEPS later made this final exasperated review. .. today I have priorities otherwise ... I'm trying to still see my child, I can only expect which would have occurred I undoubtedly believe by now had the case been properly represented from the beginning.
I'll detail the rest once a more formal statement is prepared.
I have worked with Mr. Savela for years. He is an exceptional lawyer, prepared, creative, powerful. I would hire him in an instant.
Jason is an awesome attorney. I've seen his dedication to his clients and his craft.
